Achieving a high contact rate is critical in maintaining a high level of recovery, so we have also blended our inbound calls within our dialer system. The caller is identified and, if possible, matched to an existing account based on any caller ID information that is available. With this information, the dialer can route the call to the appropriate attendant and provide the attendant with the account information when the call is answered.
